Others: Australia, New Zealand

Confirm

We will send email to you for confirmation after you submit order. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

Production Time: 10-30 work days after deposit is received. When bike is ready, we will send photos to you for confirmation , then delivery to you.

Shipment: Usually , we use sea freight to ship the bike to your door, which is decent, it will take around 30-60 days to your door. If you want to get the bike earlier, you could contact us to change to air freight.

Please note:

• Dear customers, our logistics partners can’t work normally as usual due to the pandemic situation. But we are trying our best to make shipments be shipped out and delivered to you soon. So the delivery time will be a bit longer than before. Thanks for your understanding.
• Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Shipment to some countries , like Europe Union, US, is with all taxes paid. Others may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country’s levying rules.
